The room was beautiful and lovely, with a very comfortable mattress and doona, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The room was clean and spacious, and has free Wi-Fi. Staff at reception was courteous and helpful. The hotel is located within easy reach from the tgv station if you are hiring a car, and is not far from downtown Aix-en-Provence either. Convenient location for travellers who want to explore the beautiful Provence.
Try to get to the restaurant for breakfast no later than 9:30pm. If you arrive later than that you risk not getting any milk, coffee and even water, since staff do not seem to refill the buffett with these and other items after 9:30am, even though breakfast finishes at 10am.... Also, restaurant staff will not allow you to sit wherever you like on weekdays, since they prepare tables for clients coming for lunch. They will try to squeeze you in a corner close to where the food is, even though the tables they wanted us to occupy most of the times did not have serviettes and crockery. It seemed that we were disrupting things by getting to the restaurant for breakfast after 9:30am!

The room was cleaned and comfortable. Hotel reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We were there on a weekend and the ladies on the front desk helped us with a number of issues including where to dine.
The male breakfast waiter on the Monday morning wrongly assumed we were American and seemed very reactive rather than proactive to making us feel welcome. He was a stark contrast to the front office staff experienced on the weekend.

Everything is great here, had a very nice stay for a flying business trip. Make sure you stay in the double room with very comfortable mattress & doona. The staff are nice and courteous, managed the parking nearby.

We stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, situated in a modern residential development just a short distance away from the city center. The service was impeccable, with room service and housekeeping making sure we had everything we needed. We were even welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We loved the value for money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, providing us with a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. The location was convenient with private parking, and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our future trips.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was having more variety in the selection of pastries.

The hotel is fairly clean and nice. The man from reception was really helpful. We came to hotel at 10 pm. And restoran was already closed but man from reception get for as hot food :)
The breakfast was terrible!!! We went for it at 9.30 A.M. and didn't get even bread even after than we ask for that! It it cost you 13 eur per person! We are traveling a lot but breakfast like this never saw! No cheese or meet, no toster! Only coffe and jam!!! We asked lady in the bar for somethin eatable but she could bring anything!!! So we had to leave restoran without breakfat :(((

The location is relatively convenient for the airport. The SPA area is nice and overall the Hotel is clean and confortable.
It is difficult to find since the street does not appear in most GPS. The Hotel staff is aware of this but it did not came to their mind that it would be usefull to warn the guest in the Hotel description.
